The Facilities office is the operational hub for Capital Projects, Custodial, Grounds, Maintenance and Recycle/HAZMAT. Collectively as a team, we are committed to supporting the Edmonds College mission and goals by providing positive and quality environment for students, employees and guests.

The Facilities Planning and Operations Department is led by Executive Director Stephanie Teachman in close collaboration with Associate Director Kathy Kondratyuk, and Program Manager Marilou Christiansen,  who manages the daily office operations and is the communication liaison.
