Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Services Available to College Employees - Classified, Exempt, and Faculty
In order to provide support to employees during times of change, Edmonds College provides Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to its employees through a private service provider, Fully Effective Employees (FEE). They have provided services to Puget Sound area businesses since 1976, and have extensive experience working with employees who have faced both personal and professional concerns and difficulties of all types.'
Accessing Services is Simple
Employees May Self-Refer for Up to Three Confidential Appointments
Employees are encouraged to set up appointments directly through FEE. Appointments may be arranged at a discrete location on our campus, or at the service provider's offices in Bellevue, Wash.
Services will be provided by FEE's in-house counselors. All communications with these counselors are confidential. Each employee will be offered up to three face-to-face sessions, at no cost to the employee as these initial services will be covered by the college. In addition, employees may also speak with a counselor by phone.
Referral to Additional Counseling Services if Needed
If an employee requires ongoing counseling, the FEE counselor will refer the employee to a resource in the community that will either be covered under the employee's insurance or through private pay. The FEE counselor will follow up with the employee to ensure that all needs are being met.
