Project Team

Edmonds College has a “core team” that is leading the implementation of ctcLink and many subject matter experts (SMEs) across the college that have been actively involved with testing, data validation and configuration of ctcLink.  The Core Project Team members have also been in direct communication with the ctcLink Project Team at the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC).

Communications Teams

The ctcLink Communications Team meets regularly to plan out key messages to the campus about the project. The team additionally breaks into smaller taskforce groups that focus on specific audiences across the college such as Students, Employees and Special Populations.

Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

There are many subject matter experts who have been called upon throughout the planning of ctcLink. They have played a key role throughout the implementation activities due to their expertise in various aspects across the campus. They have attended state board presentations, submitted homework assignments, validated data, and managed their daily responsibilities of their desk job. Their involvement has been monumental in in EC's ctcLink success story.
