Getting Started

You may submit a request for data or reports anytime using the Data and Information Request Tracking (DIRT) form. All other types of data management service requests can be initiated by submitting a ticket to the Help Desk and attaching a completed project request form.

What to Expect

  • Estimated time for processing requests: 2-3 business days
  • If your request requires more time to process, we will contact you within 2-3 days after receiving your request and provide you with a different time estimate.
