START (Student Technology Advice and Resource Team)
START (Student Technology Advice and Resource Team) is a dedicated team of student employees and student interns that offer the Edmonds College student community training, assistance, and provide a student call center. START's goal is to help students get the most out of using campus supported technology.

- Student call center for asking technology questions or reporting issues

- Logging in
- Password reset or unlocks
- Advice or tips in using applications
- Help with printing or connecting to wireless
- Assistance submitting service requests
- Issue forwarding, tracking, and follow-up
- Tutorials and articles for self-support via the START site
- Instructor-led workshops on popular topics
- Personal mobile device support
Students working for START receive:
- Work experience in service desk management, project management, and documentation and knowledge management
- Networking opportunities and community around technology.
